THE ROLE
What you'll actually do every day.
You'll be a core part of the Korio team creating content, running campaigns, and helping our clients show up, stand out, and connect online.
Create content people actually read
Blogs, social posts, email campaigns, web copy. You'll write it, edit it, and make it resonate.
Run paid campaigns
Build and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns, then report on them like the data-curious person you are.
Decode the Numbers
Turn data into clear recommendations that actually move the needle.
Own the content calendar
Keep multiple client campaigns on track, on time, and on brand. You're the one who keeps the wheels turning.
Make Google and the chat love our clients
Keywords, metadata, SEO strategy help clients climb the rankings and keep growing organically.
Collaborate & Connect
Work alongside designers, strategists, and clients who are all rowing in the same direction.
THE PERSON

✓ 1–3 years in content or digital marketing
✓ You write like a human, not a press release
✓ SEO and AIO aren’t mysteries to you, they are strategies
✓ Google Ads & Meta Ads feel like familiar territory
✓ Analytics tools excite you more than they scare you
✓ You juggle multiple clients without dropping anything
✓ Canva AND Adobe? Yes, ideally both
✓ Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven
✓ Positive, resourceful, and genuinely curious
✓ A team player who can also own their work independently
✓ You are Taupō and happy to work in our awesome office
